In order to be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be unused, unopened, and returned to Fern of the Vale along with a receipt within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition in which you receive it and undamaged in any way. After your return-eligible item is received, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during your purchase. Please note: credit card payments may take 5 to 10 business days to process and show up on your statement.
If the product has been opened, used, or damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
